The Synchronicities Continue for Cosmic Locusts’ Author

 

This article concerns what has transpired since I authored Cosmic Coincidences located at “What’s new” number 105.  Even if you have read that article, please review it prior to reading this one due to the multifaceted, interconnectedness with the material contained herein.  I will often be referring back to particular sections of Cosmic Coincidences. 

 My purpose here is two fold.  First to add to the pile of coincidences relating to my prophecy for 2012 and secondly to challenge my “handlers” as it were.  I have discovered a series of celestial events correlating with the important dates of the development of my prophecy.  I don’t claim any power.  It is my belief that the ensuing “event” paired with this article’s publication happens without cause and effect.  In other words, both the celestial happenings and my writings are “effects”.  God is the “cause”.  I had logically calculated that 9/24/03 should be the date to publish this article.  But as we know, a lot of things in life aren’t logical.  I then had a dream, and I rarely dream, that indicated August was the proper month.  As this article is posted to the Internet, I would expect something to happen (No pressure, Geoff).  We will post script what, if anything happens upon publication at the end of the article.  I would not expect any injuries, and I fervently pray that such will be the case.

A CHRONOLOGY OF THE CELESTIAL HAPPENINGS

 

  1. 11/30/54- I was born as the sun entered the Zodiac position of the galactic center on 11/21/54.  As the sun exited the Zodiac position of the galactic center (GC) in the year of my birth, the only known meteorite injury to a human in recorded history occurred to a woman in Alabama.
  2. 12/5/99- as I went to the library to start investigating the Mayan end date using Maya Cosmogenesis by John Major Jenkins, a fireball exploded over Alabama.
  3. 11/18/01- the day before the scheduled start date for the writing of my book Cosmic Locusts, the largest meteor shower in the last 40 years occurred.  I later associated it with the cometary system involved with Mayan king Curl Nose.
  4. 9/25/02- the day my printed up books of Cosmic Locusts arrived at my doorstep, the largest meteorite impact upon the Earth in the last 98 years occurred in Siberia flattening forty square miles of trees.
  5. 11/28/02- Mysterious contrail appears over the Caribbean, Florida and the Midwestern US imitating the zodiacal galactic center to galactic anti-center line upon the Earth (See John Major Jenkins page 207 of Galactic Alignment).  It also happened to occur during the GC zodiac position days (approximately 11/21 through 11/30).  It was also exactly ten years prior to the day a lunar eclipse occurs in my book.
  6. 3/26/03- my article Cosmic Coincidences is posted on Dire Gnosis as meteors strike the suburbs of Chicago.   One eyewitness report would have fit in Cosmic Locusts perfectly.  She said, “I thought, was it an attack?  Was it God?  It felt funny, like the light went right through me.”  It was the first time a meteorite had struck an urban area in about 50 years.
  7. 3/28/03- an attendee at the one and only lecture I have given concerning my book reported seeing a “cross in the sky” on the way home afterward.  Both she and I were unaware of the “celestial” connection at the time. 
  8. 8/4/03- a fireball appears over Texas as I prepare the note cards for this article.

 Now some of these, especially the “smaller” occurrences could be by chance. 

But taken in total, it is hard to explain away the connection.  The more significant “writing” events seem to have the larger, more rare celestial occurrences associated with them.  So, here is my coincidence acronym for this article... How many coincidences does one need?  HMCDON?

I saw the newly released movie, Bruce Almighty, as this all fell into place.  It is about a TV reporter being given the power of God.  His first major use of his new found power is to have a meteor impact live on television in order to promote his career.  Matching my prophecy, the impact caused electrical grid problems in the city.  HMCDON?

 OH, NOW YOU’RE REALLY REGRESSING!

 In January 2003 I was sitting in the mall, trying to promote my book.  I was speaking to a couple about my desire to lecture on the subject.  They provided me with the number for Sheree Silver at the Shiloh Spiritual Center.  While this was going on, Sheree was having a dream about being on TV with a man and Phil Donahue (It was later discovered that Phil Donahue was born on the winter solstice and thus could easily represent the Maya calendar end date.).  In the dream Sheree was taken to a room by the man and forced to watch a video of the world’s destruction.  She would later identify the man.  It was I. 

 I called Sheree and scheduled a lecture.  In the process I discovered that she did past life regressions.  With all the Curl Nose coincidences, I was ready to for a regression to try to get to the bottom of things.  It is interesting that I stumbled upon someone who performs regressions at just the right time.  After having read The Lost Hall of Records in the Yucatan by von Auken and Little, I thought that maybe I might know where the Atlantian tablets of man’s unknown history are, which was kind of bizarre as I am not a firm believer in Atlantis.  Earlier in my book research I had come across a time frame for the lost hall to be opened (May 4 through 14, 2003).  For some unexplained reason, it had stuck in my mind, even though at the time, the only lost hall I had heard of was in Egypt, not in Mesoamerica.  In light of the Lost Hall book, I decided to make the appointment for my regression during that time frame.  I must point out here that given the distance to the Shiloh Spiritual Center and my work schedule, I am only be able to go there once every couple of weeks.  Two weeks before the appointment I had an uncontrollable urge to go sooner and I did.  We went through 3 lives, none of which were Mayan.  I had to come back two weeks later.  My point is that it was necessary to go two weeks early so that the Mayan regression could happen during the lost hall time frame.  I of course had no way of knowing the Mayan life wouldn’t be first and I really hadn’t give much thought to any other lives.  HMCDON? 

The day after the time frame closed there was a lunar eclipse.  Fifteen days after that there was a solar eclipse.  I was thinking how that was kind of odd and remembered that there is the same pairing, except solar first and lunar second in November 2012, which figures prominently into my book.  HMCDON?

  Here are some important features of my Mayan regression: 

  1. I saw a lake of an odd shape that matched the lake near Tikal (Curl Nose) that I was unaware of before the regression.
  2. I saw a large hill and three smaller hills.  In a dream after the non-Maya prior regression, I was buying a house with three smaller houses in front on it.  Later, upon looking at a map of the Egyptian pyramids at Giza, I noticed that their pattern was to build one large with three small (ed: Joel means the three “Queens pyramids” that accompany both the the Menkaure and Khufu pyramids at Giza). Please remember that the firestone crystal is important to the lost hall (See Lost in the Hall of Records in Cosmic Coincidences).  A week after the Maya regression, I was at a hotel for a work seminar.  It had one large building with three smaller ones behind it.  As I exited the main building, I saw a woman, holding up to the sky, a crystal identical to mine as I walked towards the three smaller buildings.  HMCDON?
  3. The main events in the regression were:
    1. Praying and sacrificing for an impending cosmic attack.
    2. Observing the lost hall tablets in a “basement”
    3. Moving the tablets from a clearing in the Jungle, to where I won’t say.  In the clearing was a black sphere, which opened 120 degrees.  Stay tuned to find out why.

 

First let me say that I noted the disconnect of the tablet’s location from the “basement” to the clearing in the jungle.  Second, I have corresponded with very few people on the Internet concerning my prophecy; you could probably count them on one hand.  I answered a woman’s query about a Nostradamus quatrain in the Yahoo group “Nostradamus Believers”, which although is interesting in it’s own right; I will resist speaking of here.  Upon her discovery of my story, she wrote back to tell me that she had been a Mayan too and it was good to meet someone in her cadre.  Now about this time, I’m thinking “Yeah, right!” but she proceeds to tell me of a spontaneous past life memory.  It involved moving tablets because of an impending attack, fire brigade fashion from a “basement” off into the jungle.  It was the missing piece in my regression that I had told no one of.  HMCDON?

 If you’ll review “Lost in the Lost Hall of Records” in Cosmic Coincidences you’ll see a number 16 synchronicity.  I didn’t know what the connection was until I discovered that Tikal and the associated lake are located between the 16th and 17th parallel of latitude.  Now the Maya were well aware of 360 degrees in a circle, as their solar calendar had 360 days on a round stone (last 5 days were “evil” or “unlucky”).  Now here’s where the black sphere of 120 degrees comes in.  Tikal is between 89 and 90 degrees of longitude.  90 made me think of the 120-degree sphere opening, as they are both nice round numbers.  The Atlanteans obviously wouldn’t use Greenwich as 0 degrees.  I thought that Giza would be more like it.  Of course Giza was discovered to be at 30 degrees east longitude, making a total of 120 (90 + 30 = 120), perfectly fitting the black sphere motif (I remember at the time of the regression thinking, “Why am I belaboring this 120 degree opening sphere?”).  HMCDON?

 GOING TO “RUINS”

 It now became obvious to me that I needed to go to Tikal.  I got the Lonely Planet travel book on Guatemala.  If one was to visit Tikal, they highly recommended getting the Guidebook to the Tikal Ruins by Coe.  Here is some interesting stuff.

  1. In The Lost Hall of Records, the authors spent much time trying to find the “Pennsylvania museum” that Edgar Cayce said had artifacts relating to the Lost Hall.  I open up the title page to the Guide to the Tikal Ruins and see it is published by the University Museum of the University of Pennsylvania.  HMCDON?
  2. I read that there are several “basements” of unknown purpose at Tikal.  HMCDON?
  3. There was more evidence of repetitive cosmic storms.  Not only was Curl Nose’s son named Stormy Sky, but also many successors were named alternately some form of darkening or lightening sky.  HMCDON?
  4. Curl Nose’s “helpers” came from “the place of the cattails”.  This translates in ancient Toltec to “Tula”.  Tula, the cross-cultural central sun of the universe, is in my book Cosmic Locusts numerous times.  HMCDON?

 STELA!! STELA!!

 The erected rock carvings called stela at Tikal are numbered.  Stela 4 is Curl Nose full face, which is unusual for the Maya.  They generally used profiles.  His nose curls left, as does mine.  His left eye is lower than his right, as is mine.  His right upper lip is more prominent than the left, as is mine.  There are three matching defects, each time on the appropriate side of the body.  None of these defects would have been seen if the carving had been in profile.  HMCDON?  Additionally, Curl Nose clasps his hand in the same unusual way as I do when I pray.

 WHAT DO YOU WANT, BLOOD?

 Thanks to my brother Jeff with his book concerning his incarnation as a Confederate General, I was aware of the signs and symptoms of having been reincarnated.  It didn’t take long to make the connection between Mayan sacrifice and my work as a perfusionist.  As I read of hearts being pulled out of the chest it occurred to me that I see that sort of thing everyday at work.  It didn’t take much to see the “karma” of my job keeping someone alive on the heart lung machine as their hearts are “pulled out of their chest”.

 Next I read how the Maya were big into incense.  They routinely burn the bark of the Copal tree.  The idea is to get the smoke up to the gods.  Modern Maya go one better with modern technology by using rockets (not fireworks, rockets) to have a smoke trail up to the gods.  My lifelong hobby has been to fly rockets.  HMCDON?

 As I read through the scholarly books on the Maya, I found that the king, since he couldn’t be sacrificed, would blood let his penis.  I thought to myself, “Yikes is that ever gross!”  In a later chapter they showed a carving of a royal bloodletting.  The king used a small lancet made of stingray spine through the foreskin just behind the head of the penis on the left side.  I gasped.  I have not one, but two piercings in that spot since birth.  I have in the past, before this realization, occasionally had a pain in that spot.  It can best be described as a stinging pain, similar to when you have your blood drawn.  HMCDON?

PREACHING TO THE CHOIR

During the past year, as I became Catholic, I noticed that I was most moved during Mass as the signing of “Alleluia” was performed before the reading of scripture.  It is sung 3 times with a different inflection each time.  Months later as I looked over the poster of the Popes through history in the church entrance, I got the silly idea to see who was Pope during the reign of king Curl Nose in 378 AD.  The poster said, “he was a learned Pope, who instituted the use of the Hebrew term Alleluia.”  Most strange.

 Recall the album Red Dirt Girl from Cosmic Coincidences.  I have re-listened to it and, given what I have learned in the interim, I was shocked.  It is packed with references to my prophecy.  The very first line of the first song is “The dragons are going to fly tonight.”  The chorus of the first song is “We cry.... Alleluia” sung three times with a different inflection for Alleluia each time.

 I recently went on a car trip.  The couple of weeks before I left I was having doubts about telling anyone else my prophecy.  I was just plain tired of no one listening.  Those that did listen didn’t want to believe.  Those that did believe didn’t want to do anything about it.  Also before leaving, there was an incident at work where the song Dry Bones came up.  The last line of the chorus is “Hear the Word of the Lord.”  I wondered to myself what the song was about, especially given the Godly references.  Before I could look it up I went on the trip.  I was replacing a finished CD and the default radio setting came on.  It was a preacher sermonizing.  I was about to shove the next CD in when he caught my attention.  I will paraphrase what he had to say with my thoughts in parentheses.

 “You know, believing is not enough.”  “You must profess with your mouth.”  “Even in impossible situations.”  (Message coming in for Joel.)  “The prime example of this is Ezekiel chapter 37.”  “Ezekiel is shown a vision by God of a large valley filled with bones; dry bones.”  (I can see it coming!)  “The Lord asks Ezekiel if he thinks the bones can be brought back to life.”  “Ezekiel says that ‘It would be up to you, Lord.’”  “The Lord tells Ezekiel to profess to the bones.”  “Ezekiel says to the bones, ‘Dry Bones, Hear the Word of the Lord.’”  (OK, OK, I’m getting the message.)  The bones of course start assembling and eventually come back to life.

 Now as I crested the mountain, the station was lost.  There were two other strange coincidences here.  One is that it was Saturday afternoon, not Sunday morning, the normal religious programming time.  The other was that the preacher’s name was.... you guessed it, Joel.  Now in the Southern US, the name Joel is practically nonexistent.  It has been suggested to me by a friend that perhaps I was the only one listening to that broadcast.  He proceeded to tell me the story of a phone call from an aunt that he was later to find out had been dead 45 minutes.  Just exactly HMCDON?

 EVIL DAYS ARE COMING

 My book’s main “event” of the cometary storm/GC EMP occurs on October 3, 2012.  It is a very interesting story on how I came up with that date, under Octo-Libra in Cosmic Coincidences.  (More to come on this topic later under the Nostradamus Now! section.)  I didn’t know at the time that it is smack dab in the middle of the Mayan 5 “evil” or “unlucky” days in 2012.  These are the five “left over” days messing up the solar year from being a nice round 360 days.  I have since discovered that the Harvest moon in 2012 is September 30, the day before the start of the five evil days (October 1-5, 2012).  I was well aware of the “harvest “ motif in the Bible, both in Revelation and the in the Book of Joel.  Also, there is a biblical tradition of 3 days of darkness and waiting.  The concept is also in Fatima Prophecy.  The Earth will be plunged into darkness for three days.  My point is this:  The evil days end three days after the “event” in the middle of them.

 YOU’RE DRAGON ME DOWN WITH YOU

 There is now no doubt that dragons represent comets.  I was aware of the Book of Revelation dragon, but wasn’t interested in rereading it.  It was recently one of the readings in church, so I couldn’t avoid it.  Seems the dragon is red.  There is lots of red dust from the comet in my book.  Seems the Revelation dragon takes his tail (a metaphor for cometary storm) and hurls one third of the stars in heaven down upon the Earth.  This fits in perfectly with my meteorite storm.  I believe that one third of the naked eye visible stars would be about a thousand meteorites all at once.  More than enough to go around.

 SYNCHRONICITY TO THE MOON AND BACK

 I was watching the movie Apollo 13 for the twentieth time and suddenly realized by the lunar landmarks they were calling out that their landing site was where I have the comet hit the moon in my book.  A very strange coincidence that the first Apollo landing that wasn’t on a nice flat lunar sea would be in the foothills of the Apennine mountain range, where the comet will hit.  This fits in well with my government “conspiracy” where they are “aware” of what is about to happen.  Also it is very interesting that Apollo 13 “failed”, which fits in with my idea that someone is trying to keep us away from comets and Mars.  BTW, there is a crash program on to rebuild the lost CONTOUR mission.  This time it will go to none other than comet Encke, the largest remaining piece of the ancient comet. 

When the comet hits the moon, it will be the biggest event between God and man in a long time, and remember that it pivots upon repentance.  Working back in history chronologically, the next most important event between God and man is the conversion of Constantine.  It is agreed by scholars that his conversion was crucial not only for Christianity, but Western Civilization as a whole.  A Swiss geologist recently discovered a crater lake formed by an impact that dates and places perfectly with the legend of Constantine’s conversion to Christianity.  The “cross” he saw in the setting sun to the west behind him was the mushroom cloud from the impact.  This occurred on October 27, 312 AD (the same century as Curl Nose BTW).  The crater is located in Italy in the APENNINE Mountains.  It is the same name as the lunar mountain range.   This synchronicity is just getting started.

 Shortly after this information was presented to me, I happened to be in my son’s room.  On his shelf is the only autographed Apollo astronaut photo we have.  It is lunar astronaut Edgar Mitchell.  I notice his mission patch.  It is Apollo 14.  He was on the crew after the failed Apollo 13 that went back to land in the Frau Mauro highlands of the Apennine range.  Mission commander Alan Shepard is dead, so Mitchell is the only living person to set foot there, and I have his autograph.  But it gets better. 

 Edgar Mitchell also happens to be the only lunar astronaut to have a “spiritual experience” while in space.  He came back and started the Noetic Society to bridge the gap between science and religion.  Oh, we’re not done yet, there’s more. 

 Someone at my first lecture arranged for my second.  It will be for the local Noetic Society.  It had all been prearranged long before discovery of this synchronicity.  They meet on Saturdays.  I will speak on Saturday October 25, 2003.  Monday October 27, 2003 will be the 1692nd anniversary of Constantine’s conversion in the Earthly Apennines.  HMCDON?

I’M YOUR VENUS.  I’M YOU’RE FIRE!

             Through a complicated process, the “birth of Venus” figures into my prophecy.

  1. Fatima Prophecy states that the “birth of Venus” is responsible for man’s ascension and it also cryptically disguises a comet metaphor.
  2. The Maya god Quetzacoatl is a bright bird plumage-headed serpent (comet) said to be responsible for the “birth of Venus”.
  3. Astronomers Clube and Napier claim that their theorized ancient comet broke up and its legends were ascribed over to Venus (thus providing for its “birth”).
  4. Velikovsky in his book Worlds in Collision claims that cosmic catastrophes occur often, including the “birth of Venus” from within the planet Jupiter to its present location.  BTW I just now “happened upon” a magazine with an article on Velikovsky.  In it is an illustration of his idea that the ancients were visited upon by cosmic catastrophes often.  In the picture are figures on top of a Maya temple with meteorites streaming in over-head.  HMCDON?

I weighed in on this “birth of Venus” issue on the Internet by saying that when the ancient comet broke up, the largest piece hit Venus giving it its thick cloud cover and thus reflecting more sunlight.  Therefore it would be more prominent in the sky and could easily be seen by the ancients as the “birth of Venus”.  I thought to myself after, “Man, you just pulled that out of the air!  What a good idea.”

 Fast-forward a few months.  On my scientific asteroid and comet email group comes an essay by a reputable planetary scientist on what would happen if a 100-mile wide comet hit the Earth.  His conclusion as to what would happen to the Earth.....VENUS!  The Earth would resemble Venus.  HMCDON?  Shortly after this I noticed the street sign for the first time of the side street I have been turning down for many years to get to work.  Venus Street.

 THAT’S ‘EGGACTLY’ WHAT I SAW!

In that same magazine in the above section was an article about Philip Corso, whose book, The Day After Roswell I had read (See What the Government To Do in Cosmic Coincidences).  The magazine “UFO” was dropped at the check out counter from the magazine rack, apparently after someone decided not to buy.  I still don’t understand exactly what the Velikovsky article has to do with UFOs.  Anyway, Corso had an encounter with what Dr. Hermann Oberth explained to him was a time machine.  My point is this:  Corso’s description of an elliptical shaped metallic object just happens to precisely match the Temple Mount object in my book, Cosmic Locusts.  HMCDON?

 NOSTRADAMUS NOW!! 

1.   I was investigating the coming spiritual changes by deciphering a Nostradamus quatrain.  I was not investigating my prophecy per se; I was looking into the spiritual changes that will result from it.  Nostradamus expert John Hogue referred to a book called Nostradamus Now! By Joseph Robert Jochmans.  I interlibrary loaned the book, not looking for any cometary references, but got them anyway.  He has a whole chapter entitled “Could a Comet Hit the Earth and Cause a Pole Shift?”  There are many agreements with my prophecy.  All one needs to do is read pole shift as EMP from GC.  Two other very interesting things were discovered. 

 

  1. JRJ has illustrations that he neither credits nor describes in the text.  There are two of them in the comet chapter that fit my prophecy to a tee.  One is Scorpio (GC) in the sky with Saturn and Jupiter as human figures on the ground.  Jupiter holds a bull (Taurus, the GC anti-center and hence the galactic alignment of 2012) for Saturn to butcher with a sickle in his hand (sickles are comets).  Saturn is exalted on October 3, 2012 in my book and is the “event” date.  In the other illustration there is a dragon in the sky (comet).  Also in the sky can be seen what looks like the Milky Way with lighting strikes coming down to the ground (EMP from GC).  There are Latin inscriptions on each drawing, which I haven’t been able to fully interpret.  What I can decipher fits my prophecy very well thank you.  HMCDON?

 

 

  1. At the end of the chapter JRJ mentions that Nostradamus tells his king the “great translation of the Earth will take place in October.”  This was a shock to me given all I had to go through to come up with October.  Nostradamus had spelled it out.  He had done it in the same letter to his king that I had found his reference to the Book of Joel.  How did I miss it?  It turns out that I didn’t have the whole letter.  I got hold of the entire letter and there it was, October spelled out.  I have been told it happened to me that way on purpose, so I would have confirmation.  Yeah, I like doing things the hard way.  HMCDON?

 

I was given another Nostradamus book for Christmas that I just got around to looking at.  It is Nostradamus and the New Millennium by Michael Jordan.  Jordan says that the old Armageddon nuclear scenarios need to be thrown out.  It is something in nature and God that will be brought to bear on us.  On the last page of the book there is a picture of a meteorite streaking (comet storm) on one page and a lightning bolt (EMP from GC) on the other.  HMCDON?           

  

 

ALL CATS GO TO HEAVEN

 As you’ll recall, I had much difficulty coming up with a starting date for my novel (See May Day, May Day! in Cosmic Coincidences).  My wife’s new cell phone number spelled it out for me (May 14, 2008).  I noted also that on that day, May 14, in 2001 our cat had died.  It was the day after Mother’s Day.  Well two years later on the day after Mother’s Day, it happened again.  Our other cat died.  This was reinforcement for the Fatima final warning.  I don’t think it is a coincidence that the Virgin Mary (the Ultimate Mother) is involved with this and it is around the time of Mother’s Day.  If this is confusing, go back and read May Day, May Day and Fat Chance Fatima sections of Cosmic Coincidences.  Anyway, I am going to make predictions here for the week after Mother’s Day in 2008.

 

  1. There will be a meteorite near Spain.
  2. There will be an ancient tomb discovered. 
  3. The Virgin Mary will appear on the Internet.
  4. There will be many spontaneous healings.
  5. The experts will explain it all away.

 I’VE GUATA’ GO NOW

 I will be going to Guatemala in January 2004 to visit Tikal and find what it is that is there for me (and everyone else).  I will report back to Dire Gnosis, hopefully, if Internet access is available, as my trip is in progress.  May God bless you.

            “Lord, we know that now is the hour of repentance, because through those signs of the angel of the Mother of the Lord Jesus, we have seen the evidence that Your Love and Your Spirit have not left us wanting, but have given a sign to our blinded and jaded eyes in materiality.  Therefore, now give us ears to hear and eyes to further see, and hearts to hold and cherish the devotion to You.

                Father, if it be Your will, let this cup of suffering depart from us.  But if such is required that we may be transformed to see and know Your face, then let Your will, in whatever manifestation is required, be done.”

I have watched my asteroid and comet email group closely and nothing significant of an astronomical nature happened upon publication of this article or on the predicted September 24.  That’s the way it goes I guess when you expect something.  The pattern has been detected now, so it may go away.  I was speaking with Annie Kirkwood about this very subject.  She said phenomena happen on their own schedule.  She reminded me of the fact that it is the message that is important and to not get caught up in the “woowoo” regarding phenomena.  In reality it is the spiritual change scheduled for 2012 and not so much the astronomical events (woowoo) that is important.  As I have said, we need to prepare for the changes.  In the meantime, here are a few more synchros that have happened of late.

VELIKOVSKY AGAIN!

 I have now read Velikovsky’s World’s in Collision.  All one needs to do is substitute Dr. Paul LaViolette’s galactic energy bursts for Velikovsky’s idea of Mars and Venus brushing the Earth as the cause of ancient catastrophes.  A galactic energy burst can contain electricity, magnetism and even gravity waves.  Thus Velikovsky was on target with his planetary ideas, just wrong about the source of the planetary influences.  He also just happens to liberally invoke the biblical book of Joel.  The ultimate basis of his theory is that there was an ancient comet.  There was one.  He was just wrong about Venus and Mars moving around.  A galactic energy burst of various components would also explain the ancient happenings in his book.  He was unaware of galactic bursts, so he used close encounters with planets to explain the past phenomena such as the Red Sea parting etc.  It was the only possible mechanism that he could think of to explain all the ancient legends, assuming God works within the laws of physics, (whether we know them all or not). 

 APENNINES AGAIN!

As I was reading Velikovsky’s claims of past planetary catastrophism, I wanted him to give me a specific example of some kind of physical evidence.  Well, on page 237 I got it.  He proceeds to tell the story of Lake Bolsena in Italy.  Seems it is a crater lake that doesn’t fit the criteria for a volcano cone, nor a meteor crater.  He claims it is a scorch mark from a cosmic lightning bolt.  He claimed it was from Mars, but as we now know it could well have come from galactic center.  He has a historical record written by Pliny that claims it was caused by a lightning bolt from Mars.  Mars could have simply been the direction it came from.  Here are several interesting coincidences:

  1. The crater lake is very near where the Constantine event occurred.
  2. The lake is just down off the Apennine Mountains, just north of Rome in what is now known as Tuscany.
  3. The end result of the strike in the eighth century BC just happened to be the downfall of the civilization living in the area.  This made way for the follow-on civilization that wound up becoming the Roman Empire.

Plugging this information in with what we know of the Apennine connection isn’t it incredibly convenient that all this information came to me without looking specifically?   I now provide the following scenario of repeated heavenly intervention in the development of Christianity.

  1. In approximately 800 BC a cosmic lightning bolt hits decimating the civilization making way for the Roman Empire.  I discovered this in World’s in Collision while looking for cometary evidence, not specifically Apennine evidence.
  2. In 312 AD Constantine in the same area sees a meteorite impact in the Apennines and becomes Christian along with the Roman Empire.  I discovered this in a news email.  Again, not looking for Apennine evidence.
  3. In Cosmic Locusts, man repents and God relents by having the comet impact the moon in the lunar mountain range known as the Apennines.

Notice the convenient pattern that these events fall into.  Each one is a progression of the Christian religion by cosmic event.  How Many Convenient Coincidences with Astronomical Odds of Occurring by Chance Does One Need to Experience To Finally Realize Something Is Going On?  By that I mean things are being directed.  I am not speaking of my mental status.  This “replay of history” or ongoing coordination of influence upon human events by “divine” or cosmic intervention is continued in the next section.

 SWEET MOTHER MARY

I reread the Virgin Mary’s 2012 prediction channeled through Annie Kirkwood.  Her statement follows with my comments in parentheses.

      “2012 is the year that all things collide and explode into a new era”

      (Easy to see the “era” connection to the Maya calendar end date.)

      “It is the year you are in danger from outer space.”

      (Straight forwardly compares to Cosmic Locusts.)

      “From things that come to you from these regions and land on earth.”

      (Notice the use of the plural, as in both a comet and an EMP from GC.  This is reinforced through the use of the plural of “regions” of outer space.  The comet comes from the Oort cloud and the EMP comes from the galactic center.  Notice also the talk of “landing” on earth.  So, in addition to collisions, there are “soft” landings.  In Cosmic Locusts an object “lands” on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.)

      “A meteor of large proportions will come either close or fall on the earth during this year.”

      (Notice the either/or scenario.  In Cosmic Locusts, whether the comet hits the Earth or not is dependent on man’s repentance, so a miss is not a given.  She says “meteor” in order to be sufficiently vague to cover meteorite storm from the comet or the comet nucleus itself.)

      “It will be a replay of history.”

      (The Virgin Mary is not speaking of the comet that wiped out the dinosaurs only.  Recall the cosmic events from the previous Apennine section that directed the development of Christianity.)

      “This large meteor will be so large it will change earth and all who are on it in a flash.”

      (The term “flash” very conveniently reminds one of a lightning bolt, which is a good representation of the EMP from GC.  Also, just as in Cosmic Locusts, not only is the earth changed, but also the EMP changes people that dwell upon it.)

 MERE CHRISTIANITY AND MIRACLES

In my studies of spirituality, I came across reference to C. S. Lewis.  Recently I came across a couple of his books on sale at the discount store.  I bought Mere Christianity and at the last second Miracles.  My wife sat down to read Miracles and read me the introductory poem.

 

Among the hills, a meteorite

Lies huge; and moss has overgrown,

            And wind and rain with touches light

            Made soft, the contours of the stone.

 

            Thus easily can Earth digest

            A cinder of sidereal fire,

            And make her translunary guest

            The native of an English shire.

 

            Nor is it strange these wanderers

            Find in her lap their fitting place,

            For every particle that’s hers

            Came at the first from outer space.

           

            All that is Earth has once been sky;

            Down from the sun of old she came,

            Or from some star that traveled by

            Too close to his entangling flame.

           

            Hence, if belated drops yet fall

            From heaven, on these her plastic power

            Still works as once it worked on all

            The glad rush of the golden shower.

 

POST POST SCRIPT

 WOOWOO BIG TIME

As if to show he can’t be second-guessed and that he has a sense of humor, God provided the celestial event upon publication of the postscript where I had the duty to write that nothing cosmically had happened with the publication of the article Celestially Challenged.  In my email containing the attached text of the postscript to Geoff Stray, I jokingly stated that maybe the event would happen with the posting on the Internet of the postscript.  Well that is exactly what happened.  I feel pretty sure an event won’t happen associated with this post postscript.  Anyway, let’s examine the event. 

Just after sunset on September 27 in eastern India a meteorite impacted in pieces in several locations.  A thatched hut caught fire and burned to the ground.  A person was burned in the process.  Several people were hospitalized from shock including an old man who later died.  My heart goes out to the people involved.  Here are several important points relating this event with my string of synchronicities: 

  1. There is only one other known incident in recorded history of a meteorite causing injury to a human.  It happened the week I was born in 1954.  It is the first on the list of celestial occurrences associated with my story.  This being only the second time, that makes this current event almost, but no quite, unique. 
  2. It occurred on Rosh Hashanah.  I have recently found a connection with my book’s 2012 events and Jewish holidays, which we won’t delve into here.
  3. A scientist has suggested a possible connection of the Indian event with the September 25, 2002 event of a large impact in Siberia, given the calendar date similarity.  Remember that September 25, 2002 is the day my printed up books arrived on my doorstep.  Also, let me say that in Cosmic Locusts, the meteor storm is repeated a year and a day later in similar fashion.
  4. I have a pocket calendar of 2003 from my son’s orthodontist.  It contains one misprint.  On September 25, 2003 (the anniversary of my book arrival) there is a black ink blob with a tail resembling a comet.  The tail ends on the weekend after.  The Indian meteorite occurred in the middle of that weekend. 

YOU CAN’T EXPLAIN THIS ALL AWAY

Now one could say that I had three different date opportunities to have the celestial event happen (publication of article, 9/24/03 calculation, and post script publication), but I challenge anyone to offer three dates of their choice for another celestial event that hasn’t had a similar occurrence in 50 years or so.  Go right ahead.  Be my guest.  Make my day.  Do ya feel lucky punk?  Well do ya?

 It would be my hope that by now you are coming to the conclusion that I just might know what I am talking about with this prophecy.  Remember, it’s not the phenomena (woo woo), but the message that is important.  Your question is what should you do about it, right?  I would suggest, as I did at the beginning of my first article to humbly beseech the One God for guidance.  Meditate and pray upon 2012.  Time is short.  Nine years from this week.
