Here is a video showing the developed version of the engine I posted on V-Twin Obsession 3 years ago... in a Morgan-style 3-wheeler, but still not finished (though this video was originally posted in April 2015, so the project may now be completed). Made by Paul Newsham of Clitheroe, Lancs. 84x99 v-twin overhead cam engine made in JAP style, from metals "melted on a blacksmith's forge".
