MILLYARD DOUBLE-MAC is finished!
Here is Allen riding it:
CROCKER CUSTOM built by Jeff Decker, of The Hippodrome Studio, this features a custom frame and British AMC gearbox:
INDI-BEEZER: Ron Pier built this Indi-Beezer, which uses an Indian 741 engine - originally 500cc, with bigger pistons and valves (now 600cc) in a BSA WM20 chassis. The petrol tank is from a BSA C10.

STRAY-PANTHER (MANX PANTHER): My V-Twin Panther project has progressed. Since last year's Bristol Classic Bike Show, it has had the Norton gearbox exchanged for Ariel Square Four box and clutch (due to longer mainshaft); new wheel-rims and spokes; polished hubs; lightweight valves and springs (Dresda); Modified Norton Dominator fuel tank; Matchless silencers with temporary flexible exhausts; mudguards; front brake fittings; polished yokes; clutch lever and throttle; Norton Commando filter and Citroen oil filter; temporary paint. Photographed at the Bristol Classic Bike Show, Feb 23-24 2019 by Rob Green and Jerry Fox.

WHATEVER HAPPENED TO THE EMPIRE STARLEY?
Top ends from BSA Empire Star 500cc single cylinder late thirties engines; crankcases from a 1920s Harley JD. Progress in these pics shows the engine in a state ready to run... but is it now in a frame somewhere? Let me know please.... some people are thinking that the angle of the pushrods means it would go bang and that is why it seems to have become a table ornament! However, observe the NEW GERRARD below, with its Blackburne engine. The pushrod angles look similar.
Thanks to ENGINE PORN @gearhead_engine
The BRASSY VINCENT has got ten times tastier... new curvy exhausts, curvy seat padding; new ignition arrangement with black HT leads...
"TROUGH SUPERIOR".... Triumph-Brough special:
Engine: 1924 Brough Superior SS80. Frame: 1930 Triumph CTT twin
From the Bonhams auction blurb:
"...This SS80 comes with a Brough Superior Club copy Works Record Card showing that it was supplied new as a solo to S Wallace, Belfast, the Brough Superior agent for Ulster. The Brough was despatched from the factory on 10th March 1924 and registered to its first owner, one Dell McRae, on 9th October 1924. The original registration was 'IK 7127', and subsequent owners are listed on the WRC.
Its original frame having broken, the Brough was later rebuilt using the frame from a rare Triumph CTT, a top-of-the-range 500cc twin-port sports model made from 1929 to 1931. The rebuild was carried out in Ireland, and the change of frame noted by the licensing authorities in 1958. The Webb forks were probably fitted at this time, but few would deny that the result of this unlikely Brough/Triumph marriage is most successful."
sold for £21,850 https://www.bonhams.com/auctions/24121/lot/407/

HARIEL/AIRLEY WEIRDSTER: Bill Higginson's Sportster /Ariel flathead twin now has a new exhaust, single concentric carb on the left, insted of 2 monoblocs on rthe rightr, and a dyno-statr driven off the clutch drum - (now stripped again for re-painting in Ariel claret):
TRAKTOR-BIKE: "2077cc V-twin 50deg. Bore x stroke 105mm x 120mm. The cylinder came from T40 tracktor. The rest on the motor he made himself ". Made in Russia.

ANZANI 1880 SPECIAL. An Indian chassis powered by an 1880cc British Anzani engine, spotted at the Bremen Classic Motorshow in 2016. Thanks to Hog Troglodyte for the photo... for some reason the caption says 1938. I would argue that the note on the seat says "British Anazani 1928 1880cc..."
Below left: CROCKER's beautiful engine, (produced from 1936-1942) inspired by the BSA Y13 and the earlier J11 and J12. Crocker engines displaced from 1000cc to 1491cc.

Dan Gurney, legendary racer, builds motorcycles with various power plants. This is one, the DOHC 200HP 145 ci "V45" twin he developed. Looks like a little Indycar influence on the intakes and heads. Another great friend and former Indy racer teammate of Grand Champion Joel Leronard. HD twin cam type case... awesome design

1929 Indian ohv. The Elmer Turner Special, built in 1939. It is a hemi, with Chief valves and large ports.
