Phelon and Moore...
Phelon and Moore were based in Cleckheaton and in 1914 they BUILT TWO PROTOTYPE 90-degree v-twins. They were 770 cc...the first had 2 gears and the second had 4 gears.Nobody knows what happened to them. If you know, please let me know! gstray@btopenworld.com
